What we collect

When you send a booking request through this website or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, phone number, function date, venue area and anything else you choose to write. This site has no database and no account system — the booking form simply opens WhatsApp with your details typed into a message that you send yourself.

How we use it

Your details are used only to answer your enquiry, confirm availability, quote a price and plan the work on your function day. We do not sell, rent or trade contact details with anyone.

Photographs

We photograph and film our work. Photos or videos of you are only posted on our Instagram or this website if you have agreed to it. If you would like a photo of yourself removed at any point, message us and we will take it down.

Third parties

Messages you send travel through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy. Instagram content shown on this page is loaded from Instagram's servers, and Instagram may set its own cookies when it loads. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Keeping and deleting information

Chat messages and enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to keep a record of past bookings. Ask us to delete your details and we will remove them from our phone and records.
